Microneedling & Collagen Boosters
Reawaken your skin’s natural brilliance through the power of cellular regeneration.
At Fulfilled, we believe that the most profound beauty comes from within—specifically, from your skin’s own remarkable ability to heal and renew itself. While microneedling creates the physical foundation for repair, the addition of Biostimulators and PDGF acts as the high-performance fuel that accelerates and elevates your results to a cellular level.

-
Microneedling works by creating tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which kickstarts your body’s natural healing response and stimulates collagen and elastin production.
Over time, this leads to smoother, firmer, more even-looking skin.
-
Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive procedure that uses thin needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This triggers the body’s natural healing process, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for skin firmness and elasticity.
-
While "needling" may sound daunting, your comfort is our priority. We apply a medical-grade topical numbing cream 30 minutes prior to the procedure. Most clients describe the sensation as a light, vibrating pressure or a sandpaper-like feeling in certain areas. It is generally well-tolerated and far less intense than it sounds.
-
You will likely notice an immediate "glow" due to the initial inflammatory response and hydration. However, because collagen synthesis is a biological process, the most significant structural changes—such as smoother texture and firmer skin—typically manifest between 4 to 6 weeks after your first session.
-
While a single session is a wonderful "refresh," cellular transformation is cumulative.
For General Rejuvenation: 3 sessions.
For Acne Scarring or Deep Wrinkles: 6 or more sessions. Treatments are spaced roughly 4 to 6 weeks apart to allow the dermal matrix to fully rebuild.
-
We call it "social downtime" because while you can go about your day, your skin will appear flushed, similar to a moderate sunburn.
Day 1: Redness and slight tightness.
Day 2: Pinkness subsides; skin may feel dry.
Day 3: Most redness is gone; you may experience very light flaking. We provide a post-procedure kit to ensure your skin remains hydrated and protected during this window.
-
To keep the micro-channels clear and prevent irritation, we ask that you refrain from applying makeup for at least 24 hours. When you do resume, we recommend clean, mineral-based products that allow the skin to breathe.
Areas That Can Be Treated with Microneedling
Microneedling is super versatile — and it’s not just for your face. Because it works by stimulating your body’s natural collagen production, it can be used almost anywhere you’re noticing texture issues, laxity, or scarring.
-
On the face (cheeks, forehead, jawline), microneedling is great for smoothing fine lines, softening acne scars, minimizing pores, and improving overall tone and glow.
It’s also a go-to for the under-eye area (for crepey skin and fine lines), where skin is thinner and more delicate. When done correctly, microneedling can help thicken the skin slightly and improve the look of fine lines and mild hollowness.
The neck and décolletage respond really well to microneedling, especially for crepey skin and sun damage—areas that tend to show aging early but are often overlooked.
-
Microneedling is commonly used to treat stretch marks and scars (including surgical scars), helping to smooth texture and blend them more seamlessly with surrounding skin.
Even areas like the hands, knees, and elbows—where skin can start to look thin or crepey—can benefit from the collagen boost.

Microneedling Treatment Options
Microneedling with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
Microneedling with PRP—often called the “vampire facial”—takes traditional microneedling a step further by using your body’s own healing factors to amplify results.
PRP is created by drawing a small amount of your blood and spinning it in a centrifuge to isolate platelet-rich plasma, which is packed with growth factors. These growth factors play a key role in tissue repair, collagen production, and overall skin regeneration.
BioStimulators
Biostimulators are injectable treatments designed to do something a little different from traditional fillers. Instead of instantly adding volume, they work gradually—stimulating your body’s own collagen production to rebuild structure and firmness over time.
Think of them as a long-game approach to rejuvenation. Rather than just “filling” an area, biostimulators help improve the quality and strength of your skin from within.
Radiofrequency (RF Microneedling)
Radiofrequency (RF) Microneedling is often described as "microneedling on steroids." While traditional microneedling relies solely on mechanical trauma to trigger healing, RF microneedling introduces thermal energy to reach the deeper layers of the dermis that needles alone can't quite influence.
PDGF(Growth Factors)
Platelet-Derived Growth Factor is a high-potency protein naturally found in your blood. It is one of the first signals your body releases when an injury occurs. In aesthetics, we use recombinant (lab-purified) PDGF or concentrated versions to supercharge the skin's biological response.
PDGF is a purified, bio-engineered, or shelf-stable serum. It offers consistency. You get a precise, high concentration of the specific growth factor most responsible for collagen, without the need for needles/blood draws to harvest it.
