Botox® & Wrinkle Relaxers
RECLAIM A SERENE AND VIBRANT EXPRESSION THROUGH THE ART OF PRECISION RELAXATION.
At Fulfilled, we view every expression as a story, but we believe those stories shouldn’t leave a permanent mark on your canvas. While time and movement naturally etch lines into the skin, our targeted neuromodulator treatments act as a gentle pause button. By quieting overactive muscles with clinical precision, we allow your skin to smooth and soften, revealing a rested, refreshed version of you that looks as vibrant as you feel.

Botox® Cosmetic is a safe, FDA-approved injectable treatment designed to temporarily soften the fine lines and wrinkles that come from a life well-lived. By gently relaxing the underlying muscles responsible for expression—like forehead furrows, crow's feet, and frown lines—Botox allows your skin to smooth out, giving you a rested and rejuvenated appearance.
-
Yes, Botox® is FDA-approved and safe, provided it is administered by a qualified, licensed practitioner.
-
Botox typically lasts for three to four months, though some people may experience effects that persist up to six months, while in other cases results may wear off closer to two months, depending on the treatment area and individual factors.
-
Botox typically takes three to five days to show intial results, with full, maximum effects visible within 10 to 14 days. While some individuals may see subtle improvements within 24–48 hours, the neurotoxin needs roughly two weeks to completely relax the targeted muscles and smooth skin.
-
Most patients require between 20 and 60 units of Botox each session, depending on the treatment area, muscle strength, and desired results. Typical treatments for the upper face (forehead, crow's feet, and frown lines) often require 30–40 units, while specific areas like frown lines alone typically need 15–25 units.
-
Mild side effects can include bruising, swelling, redness, soreness, or a mild headache at the injection site.
-
Think of Botox® as a "reset button" for your face. It doesn't change your features; it simply clears away the "noise" of stress and tiredness.
Softens Expression Lines: It effectively erases "11 lines" between the brows, forehead creases, and crow’s feet.
Lifts and Opens: When placed strategically, it can provide a subtle "brow lift," making the eyes appear wider and more awake.
Refines Facial Contours: Beyond wrinkles, it can be used to slim the jawline (masseter Botox) or smooth a "cobblestone" chin.
Corrects the "Gummy" Smile: A few units can relax the upper lip so it doesn't rise too high when you smile.
-
At Fulfilled, your safety and peace of mind are the foundations of our practice. While Botox® is a globally trusted, FDA-approved treatment with an extensive safety profile, we believe in total transparency regarding the body’s natural response to the injection process.
The Immediate Experience Most patients experience only minor, temporary effects that dissipate shortly after leaving our care. These may include:
Localized Tenderness: A slight "pin-prick" sensation or mild redness at the injection site.
Subtle Swelling: Small, mosquito-bite-like bumps that typically resolve within 15–30 minutes.
Minor Bruising: While we use precision techniques to minimize this, a small bruise may occasionally occur, which can be easily masked with mineral makeup.
Temporary Adjustments In some instances, as the neuromodulator begins to settle into the muscle (usually within the first 48 hours), you may experience a mild, transient headache or a feeling of "heaviness" in the treated area. These are normal signs of your body adapting and typically resolve quickly.
Our Commitment to Precision Rare side effects, such as a temporary drooping of the eyelid or eyebrow (ptosis), are almost always a result of placement or dosage. At Fulfilled, we mitigate these risks through a deep understanding of facial anatomy and a "conservative-first" injection philosophy. We prioritize symmetry and natural movement to ensure your results are as safe as they are beautiful.
What to Expect Step by Step for a Rested, Refreshed Version of You
Consultation & Assessment
Our expert provider reviews your medical history, discusses aesthetic goals, and analyzes facial muscle movement to determine the best treatment areas.
Preparation
The face is cleaned, and a topical numbing cream or ice pack may be applied to maximize comfort.
Injection Process
A fine needle is used to inject small amounts of the neurotoxin into specific, targeted muscles. The procedure takes about 10–20 minutes.
Post-Treatment Care
A recovery serum is applied. Tiny bumps or pin-prick redness may exist, but these usually fade within an hour. Any small bumps should subside within 1 hour.
Botox® Treatment Guide by Area
True rejuvenation is found in the details. By understanding the unique anatomy of your facial movements, we apply Botox® with artistic precision to target specific areas of concern. This guided approach ensures that while we soften the lines of time, we preserve the expressions that make you uniquely you.
-
Open up your gaze with a Botox® brow lift. This technique addresses hooded eyes and droopy brows for a non-surgical eyebrow lift with Botox®. We also expertly place Botox® between eyebrows to soften a heavy look.
-

Masseter Botox® is a dual-purpose powerhouse. It is highly effective for face slimming and achieving a V-shaped botox jawline.
-
If you suffer from TMJ or teeth grinding, injecting Botox® in the masseter muscle or jaw provides significant relief from clenching and pain.
-
Tighten and smooth with neck Botox®, often called the "Nefertiti Lift," to address Botox® for neck bands and lines.
-
Stop excessive sweating in its tracks. We provide Botox® for sweating in the armpits (underarm Botox®), as well as Botox® in hands for those struggling with sweaty hands. Botox® for hyperhidrosis is a life-changing solution for clinical-grade dryness.
-
We treat these lines by precisely relaxing the underlying procerus and corrugator muscles. By quieting this specific muscle activity, the skin above is allowed to flatten and smooth, removing the "worried" or "heavy" look often associated with these lines. The result is a more serene, approachable, and open expression.
